Foster mom Nancy has dubbed this little fellow Peaceful Puppy.  He is about as close to a real life "stuffed toy" as you can get.  Cuddly and warm, wants only to be loved.  Great with children, other dogs and kitties, of course.  He has a wonderful disposition and will be the best friend anyone ever had.

Please go to our website at www.colliesheltierescue.org and complete the online application to be considered to be the family of Peaceful Puppy.  Without a completed application, you will not be in the running to adopt this darling little fuzzy warm fluffball.  (That sounds like a line from a poem somewhere.  LOL)  All of the same guidelines apply as if this was a purebred Collie or Sheltie.  Fenced yard, great vet reference and phone interview to talk about what makes a match the "perfect one."

Please begin the process for adoption by reading our Adoption Policies and, if we sound like the right group for you, fill out our online Adoption Application. From there, our receipt of your completed application will be confirmed by email. You then will receive a follow-up phone call if we feel you are a good potential applicant for the dog. Lots of good conversation with the foster family, a reference from your veterinarian, and a home visit round out the screening process.
